Filed returns for 2021-2024, assessments don't mention Canada Carbon Rebate? Do I need to make a manual claim to receive back payments?

I'm in Ontario.

I filed back tax returns for 2021-2024, and I received a Notice of Assessment for each return on May 11. If I go to the "Benefits and Credits" hub within my CRA account, there's a section for the Canada Groceries and Essentials Benefit which shows I will be receiving a payment in June based on my "Statement of Account" which lists my historical "CGEB underpayments." There's also a section for the "Ontario trillium benefit" which shows an upcoming payment in June.

There is no section for the Canada Carbon Rebate, and none of my assessments for 2021-2024 mention the CCR, although I believe I would be entitled to it for these years? I received the Climate Action Incentive in 2019-2020 when it was a refundable annual credit, before it shifted to the quarterly payment system.

I'm not seeing anything that suggests there are any pending or in progress re-assessments.

Did I miss the boat here? I know the CCR has been discontinued, but it was my understanding you could still receive unclaimed payments for the years the program was active?

Do I need to submit a manual claim to receive CCR back payments, or should I give it a couple months to see if they're added to my account? Although I'm not sure where they could be added, because the Benefits and Credits section doesn't have a CCR section?

Any guidance would be appreciated. Thanks.
