Weekends feel unproductive no matter what I do

Ive looked into what a productive weekend is and try to apply it to my life as much as possible, but no matter what I still feel as though I didn’t do anything.

For example this weekend I:

Saturday: played basketball with a friend, read, worked out, went out for drinks at night.

Sunday: I plan on working out, reading, and maybe cleaning a bit.

How can I fix my Sundays

My typical Sunday is
- wake up around 9:30-10 am
- eat lunch around 12
- smoke weed
- watch a bit of a show
- play video games

How should I change / restructure the day? or is it reasonable to have a day like this every week?

How do you fill up your time and days?

I have a full time job but it can occasionally have weeks with no work leading to time off. With this time I usually do nothing other then scroll, video games and read. What are random activities or errands you incorporate into your day to day life to not make it feel so dull.

Note: I don’t even mind the mundane tasks, but the problem is that I have absolutely none and my to do list is almost always empty

Keep the facial hair or shave?

Can get it to grow out much longer however it begins to look rough after about the 3 week mark

I 20m feel as though I’m wasting my key years through lack of direction, poor habits, and familiarity. I work a full time construction job however I’ve had a few weeks off. In this time I’ve filled my days with hobbies such as basketball and golf, reading, video games and tv. Whenever my brain isn’t occupied, which unfortunately recently has been quite often, I tend to aimlessly scroll for hours. On top of this, it feels as though my to do list is always short / seemingly meaningless leaving me with very few things to do, feeding back into my habits. How can I get my life in order and fill my time productively?
