My Ignix broke. 😭 Anyone have any experience with customer service overseas?
I got him May 14th. His wing snapped today while transforming him. I'm trying super glue and a clamp but I don't think it's gonna be enough.

Is there ANY chance SAMG customer service would help me? I got him through theteenieping via KoreaBuyandShip. I don't even know where to begin, since I'm in the US.
