Do the new C11 and 143 buses really have no air conditioning?

These new electric buses seem to be the standard now on the C11 and 143 routes and I thought they seemed pretty good when they arrived but now the heat has been here I've never been on one with any air coming through vent holes in the roof. Did TFL really splash out on new electric buses in this day and age and neglect to get any sort of air conditioning? Or has there been some sort of fleet-wide fault?

Are the benefits of taking a Cleric / Wizard past 17th better than multiclassing?

2014, as per flair and as-per the title, really.

We're playing Vecna: Eve of Ruin so no spoilers but we understand it's going to take us to 20th level. Currently we're at 16th level and looking ahead we weren't really sure if it wasn't worth looking to multiclass at 18th level plus.

Obviously there are benefits for these two 18th+: An ASI and an extra 7th level slot. The other class features are fine but maybe not essential. I mean I'd be lying if I didn't say I quite like the idea of that one use of Divine Intervention that has to work, but equally it's not a wish.

But this last ASI we were all scrabbling to find feats worthwhile since our primary stats were already 20. Yeah, could take CON for another 19 hit points or I could take resilient for CON but the wizard already did that.

Maybe some levels of Barbarian, Fighter or Rogue might prove pretty tasty for some of us?

Just interested how others have gone about this at higher levels when looking to optimise their characters.

A few general notes: We are old skool players in our 50s so we don't seek RP justifications for multiclassing and we have been through Pathfinder so optimising your character for the best output is absolutely in our blood. Also this module is very hard and we're only a 4-PC party so it feels like it's even trickier in terms of resources (and the DM has added in a curse aspect to make life a bit tougher and fun).
