Ezra referral codes: $50 credit for you, $50 credit for a friend
We're excited to launch Ezra's brand-new referral program. It allows you to get $50 in Ezra credit (which can be used toward any Ezra program) for each person you refer who successfully completes their medical evaluation and begins their program. After their program begins, they will receive $50 toward their second order.
Here's how it works:
(1) Generate your unique referral code at this link: https://grow.surf/q2xecn
- If you are an existing Ezra patient, you must use the same email address associated with your Ezra account. Credit can only be awarded to a referrer if a matching referral link is associated with the email address of an Ezra account.
- If you are not yet an Ezra patient, an Ezra account will be created for you when you create a referral link. Make sure to use this account when later completing your first Ezra intake.
(2) Share your unique link with friends, family, or even in the comments below!
(3) When someone signs up using your link, completes their medical evaluation, and starts their program, $50 in Ezra credit will be added to their account and theirs.
Important note: referrals are processed based on who is successfully approved first. That means if you refer a friend and they are approved and start their program before you do, your referral credit can be applied toward your very first order instead of your second order.
This program is not valid in Florida.
