Ordered BPI from Ezra, process was fast but extremely concerned as they shipped my tirz this evening 5/22 and the expected delivery is 5/27. I am a bit frustrated that it’s going to sit somewhere for that many days in this heat. I messaged them today and no response.
Hi! I’m a first time user so I’m a bit confused. I signed up for the 3 months, I received my order today and there was only one vial. My dosing currently is 1.5mg for 4 weeks then slowly increasing.
Is one vial the correct amount for 3 months?
Super excited to finally start this journey, i’m 21, have tried every diet & exercising plan known & guided by drs since i was 15 with no luck, only gaining. then found out i have pcos + insulin resistance, so really hopeful here.
I have a few questions, I’ve done my research & have decided I’m ordering from Ezra (BPI). Since it is my first time ordering, Am I absolutely required to get the starting 3 month supply packet? Or can I stock up ahead with the highest dose to save in the long run?
Also, would it be smart to do the stocking? I mean obviously money saved but would the vials stay good for that long? I’ve seen mixed opinions on stocking up. Ideally I’d love it just because my state is strict with glps and I’m afraid we eventually won’t be on the shipping list. (probably overthinking)
Also thankfully my dr is on board with this and will be there for me if I ever needed her, she’s an absolute angel.

I started with ProRX and was sad that I didn’t get enough heads up about their closure. I saw that Ezra still had BPI so I didn’t want FOMO again. I got my meds within a week.

Update: arrived on time. Three bottles of 60mg. Bud 2/19/27. The first time I have seen this date. My other 7 vials all have 2/17/26

I just signed up for the maximum Tirzepatide dose and chose 13.5 mg weekly. I am currently on 15 mg weekly with another provider. I’m assuming BPI is a stronger concentration. After completing my initial sign up, I noticed my order is for 11 mg weekly I made sure to hit the increase tab, not decrease. I sent a message to support. Is there a faster way to contact them to confirm I get the correct dosage?
I plan to send the same message to the doctor once one is assigned.
