How long have your Ezra BPI shipments taken to process?
I had a great phone conversation with u/OlaHealth_Luca this afternoon. He went to bat with Beluga regarding photos that were asked for. The discrepancy was indeed my driver's license - which is several years old and prior to a lot of my weight gain. PLUS - who is EVER honest with their weight on their license lol. The other thing that flagged was a medical record that was found in a broader system with a different weight/BMI - with a name like mine, a very common first and last name (not quite Mary Smith, but you get what I mean), there could have been an identity error in the record that was referenced. Luca did ask the folks at Beluga to find a better way to do things. I suggested this would have been difficult for a person with a disability or what if a person does not own a bathroom scale?
We talked about maintenance and what will happen for folks when their BMI is below traditional prescribing ranges. A Guide will be developed to walk customers through how to answer the questions, perhaps a box to check and info regarding when you reached your maintenance weight etc. will be added to the website.
I've been very impressed with the transparency that I've gotten in working closely with Luca these last few days. Starting a company like this is a lot of work and a huge amount of risk. Let's cut Ola Health a little slack and be more patient and understanding. I have apologized for causing an uproar on Reddit. I am completely satisfied with our conversation and our outcome.
I look forward to watching Ola Health continue to grow and prosper under Luca's leadership!
PS they are still working through BPI orders and Luca is in contact several times a day advocating for the Ola Health customers!

Let's turn down the rhetoric some here - My driver's license is 6 or 7 years old, in that time, my weight has changed a lot - thank you menopause. After a chance to cool off, I can see the request for the full body picture.
