Transporting M18 Batteries

I've got a small problem, and I'm hoping someone has a solution.

There are two scenarios where I travel for work, but both involve carrying some or all of my tools.

Scenario 1: I have enough to do where I take a lot of packout equipment. The problem isn't getting my equipment from point A to point B, but rather how do I transport my batteries safely. I have 11 M18 batteries (3 HD12s, 4 XC6.0s, 3 CP3.0s and 1 CP2.0).

Right now, I throw 6 of the batteries on a rapid charger, 1 in my radio, 1 in my shop vac, and 1 in my flood light. The other 2 just sit in one of my packouts rattling around.

I'm wondering if there is a good packout compatible battery storage solution. I couldn't find anything online, but I did find some smaller battery storage options from 3rd parties. This is more to just keep things neat and organized. My current way of doing things technically works, I haven't had a problem yet, but I like to keep things neat and organized, and would rather carry an extra case for batteries than I would having batteries all over creation.

Scenario 2: I have to fly out to my site, and bring a limited tool set. In this case, right now I just throw my what I need in one of my toolboxes, which is a checked bag, and I bring 2 batteries with me in my carry-on. I have yet to run into a problem with running out of juice, but some of my upcoming trips are looking like I might need extra power.

I know I need to bring my batteries with me on a carry-on. Occasionally, I've shipped some batteries to my jobsite ahead of time, but I don't always have enough of a heads-up to do this. In some cases, I can throw my old standard charger in my tool box, but it doesn't always have enough room. Can I use the Top-Off to charge my batteries, or is it only 1-way? Has anyone experience any of the cases online that I could use to throw 3-5 batteries in without causing my laptop bag to become too full?

Thanks head of time for suggestions!
