I don’t know when else to do atp I need advice.

Hi everyone if you’re reading this it’s because I probably have another uti for the third time all within 45ish days. My first uti was back in July- lateish June then I got again very faintly 14-15 days ago and now I have slight burning in the morning and night but only when I don’t drink a lot of water and this start yesterday at midnight now it’s 7am and I’m still experiencing slight burning which is bothering me enough to notice rather than being just from not drinking water enough. The first two utis were before my period and now this one came after my period so maybe it’s for a different reason than hormonal changes my guess (not confirmed) but those my only guess to it because I’m 16f not active, wear 100% cotton underwear, wipe the right way, non scented body wash, a proper soap for down there (I only use the proper wash down there) and etc. I don’t know how I keep getting them it’s really stressful for me and I’m just trying to figure out how I keep getting them and wanna know to prevent it please help a girl out!!!

UTI came back not even a full month later 16f

So I had a uti back in July which was really painful and my lower back and sides were hurting so much but I got antibiotics for it which was nitrofurantoin two times a day for five days. It helped me feel better but was taking azo before that so that might’ve messed test up for me. I was good till two-three days ago I started to have the urge to pee too often then I had burning follow after but it wasn’t everytime which I was thankful for but I was having trouble with back pain for a day but I didn’t know whether it was my preperiod stuff or my uti so I waited till I got back in town and made a appointment for today and I had a uti infection and got antibiotics for it which are keflex for 7 day 3 times a day which I took today twice since I’m doing 8 hours between each one and didn’t wanna mess up my schedule and plus I was just prescribed with it and didn’t get it till 11am so I waited till 4pm and now here at 11:30pm. I’m really want stuff to help me to prevent it because it’s really irritating to have it again when I’m 16f during the summer but the two times I’ve got utis it’s right before my period so I’m really emotional and have mood swings. I need something to help prevent it badly but I had a hard time with pills I have a very bad gag reflex which stops me from taking pills so I need other alternatives to take. If you are questioning how I’m taking the antibiotics I’m using yogurt to help me try to swallow it and trick my body into thinking that nothing is there.

UTI advice + period

Before you guys start stressing about going to the doctor I already did that and have antibiotics for it!!

So I’m on day 5 going 6 tomorrow morning and I’ve been the antibiotics for two days now but I have pain in my back and sides which can turn into aches or cramps I can’t really tell the difference between them I have no other symptoms besides that which makes me worried and paranoid. I was supposed get my period in three days but now I’m spotting and I have a pad on too I thought it was coming from my pee but it’s not because my pee was normal.

I’m just really worried about it plus stressed because I’m scared it’ll be a kidney infection or something else and I wanted so help with it..
