It might be peak high energy Mountain Goats, like above Best Ever Death Metal Band, Palmcorder Yajna, Choked Out, Training Montage, etc. It helps that I live in Long Beach and my son's favorite restaurant is in Garden Grove, so we drive through cranking the shit out of that song. I'm trying to build a pavlovian association in his head.

Looking around the Long Beach area for any butchers who do something more than just Italian sausage and bratwurst.
Up in LA at third and Fairfax in the farmers market there, there’s a place called Huntington Meats and they always have at least six or seven different crazy interesting sausages.
Anyway, I miss that and I would love to try to find a place down here that does something similar.
