timing issue - first time experiencing that kind of time difference

I rode 1h09'30" on Rouvy today. 15' warmup, 2x15" on 1' off with 5' recovery, 3x6x 30" on 30" off, 3x5' recovery in between sets, 15' cooldown: 15' + 30" + 1' + 5' + 18' + 15' +15' = 69.5'. right?

workout file went...

  • from Stamina as a zwift file export to trainingPeaks to Rouvy
  • from Rouvy to Garmin once ride was completed
  • from Garmin to TrainingsPeaks
  • From Rouvy to Strava
  • from Strava to Stamina

here are the workout times, displayed within the apps:

  • Rouvy: 01:09:30 and 1:10:30 total time
  • Garmin: 55:26 with 56:31 elapsed
  • TrainingPeaks: 55:26 (obviously same as Garmin)
  • Strava: 1:10:29 (obviously same as Rouvy)
  • Stamina: 1:10:29 (same as strava)

i paused the ride once and very quickly, like 1' as you can see in the rouvy and strava moving/elapsed times. but Garmin is off like over 14' of workout time.

if you go to "laps" within Garmin connect, the laps stop after the last 5' recovry and the whole cooldown segment is missing. why??

Stamina app

So since the thread was closed after i commented, i‘d like to start a discussion and you might want to share your experience with it.

Here is a copy of my comment and also added a point for rouvy sync:

Hi there, kinda taking the advantage of the opportunity to ask some questions, too. i just signed up and created the first plan. i love that you have an availability feature! The user interface also looks very clean and nice!

a: i kind of screwed up with the committments :D 1) i have 2 committments on Tuesday 2) my swimming availability was entered on tuesday and friday. 3) my long ride is on friday and my long run on saturday. but the tool (obviously) messed the plan up and planned swimming after long ride and long run. now, where do I edit committments? didn't find a way in-app to edit, i found the availability tab though. --> found it :)

b: do you have or are you planning to add strength training to your plans, too?

c: how am i able to see the periodisation? it's kinda weird that 17 weeks out, i'm supposed to be in the base phase still.

d: how do i handle the plan, if i have e.g. a pure running race coming up, which should be part of the training? it's not an a-race but kind of a fun race. and same goes for a 2nd middle distance. is it possible to add it mid-plan?

e: how should i handle eBike Commute? i entered it as a committment, because it's 1.5h and i'm usually in low zone 2 for those rides, since i can't help myself to not push it. so now the plan added it obviously as easy bike rides, eventhough they are supposed to be eBike Rides.

f: how to I upload my rouvy files to stamina? Or am i supposed to just mark the workout as completed? Also, if there will be a possibility it would be great of i could aggregate n rouvy files to 1 planned workout.

I appreciate your replies & thx in advance!
