Thought my front brake was dragging a bit. Loosened both bolts, spun the tire, pulled the brake lever, held it tight and tightened the bolts back on. Levers where I want it but brakes squeal now.
Side note, I first did this with the bike upside down. (Stupid move, I now know that.) so I did lose some oil/fluid.
Do I just ride the brakes and hope the squealing will work its way out? Or did I royally mess things up?
Loving the 50mm compared to the stock 70mm stem. Wondering if I can get away with removing a spacer?

Just ordered the Raceface Chester 31.8 stem for my 2025 Talon 2. Is anyone else running this? If so, am I good to just throw it on or will I need to add or remove spacers? Thanks
How many of you are running tubes vs. tubeless set ups?
Woke up this morning to a thorn in my front tire. Flat. Put in a new tube, problem solved. Earlier this evening, rear tires flat with another thorn. Thinking about going tubeless. Worth the $ on new tires and rims? Currently running maxxis recon race EXO.
Posted my new Talon 2 the other week. Finally got out on some trails this morning with a buddy. Had an absolute blast. New RaceFace Chester pedals and grippler grips are on. Loving the bike so far.
