I need your help.

I want to create three posts for free-to-play users (equipment tips, trait tips (tribe, race, and individual), and stat tips). To that end, please write a comment stating what you think is the best in each area.

The story of the two enemy

(I wrote all of this lore myself. It wasn't made up completely at random; I based it on the characters' actions that I observed while playing my map.)

The Thief King

(Thief race / Lord)

When he first began making a name for himself, the Thief King was recognized as a genius among his race. Some people even considered him stronger than Gaesin and the Dictator-Kwon. However, nothing could hold his interest, and he lived each day in boredom.

Then, one day, the Thief Kingdom joined a war as an ally of the Dictator-Kwon Kingdom. During that war, the Thief King experienced his first kill. He found an unexpected amount of enjoyment in it, reflected by a rise in his happiness. From then on, he always charged into battle at the very front and killed countless civilians and soldiers.

After one battle, he returned to his village as usual, only to find it completely devastated. He soon discovered that the Snake King had invaded and destroyed the village while he was away.

Realizing what had happened, the Thief King went to the battlefield where the Snake King was fighting and challenged him. However, he had already lost half of his health due to poison damage, and his attack speed and defense were also lower than the Snake King's. As a result, he was defeated.

After that battle, he met another Thief named Onaad, who was in a similar situation. The two joined forces and waited for another opportunity to take revenge.

In the wars of the 9300s, the Thief King encountered the Snake King once again. Together with Onaad, he weakened the Snake King by removing his Blessing trait with a curse, and eventually defeated him.

After that battle, thanks to Onaad, the Thief King even met his future wife and gradually became more like a normal person.

However, during the Dictator-Kwon Kingdom's conquest, the Thief King became one of its targets. He resisted as much as he could, but was eventually defeated after being overwhelmed by multiple enemies. He was then forced to participate in the conquest.

After the Dictator-Kwon Kingdom conquered the entire world, the Thief King was haunted by guilt for some time. But in the year 11500, his racial trait, "Genetic Psychosis," drove him into madness. He escaped from the Dictator-Kwon Kingdom and was eventually cured of his Madness trait.

He then joined the rebel alliance fighting against the Dictator-Kwon Kingdom and temporarily became its leader. After the Battle of the Cliffs, however, Gaesin joined the rebellion, and the Thief King handed leadership over to him.

During the 14500s, when the Dictator-Kwon Kingdom finally collapsed, the Thief King lived as a wanderer for a while. When the Second Dictator-Kwon Kingdom was established, he became the leader of its capital and settled there.

However, during the 14500s, he witnessed many Thieves falling into madness and dying without receiving treatment. Wanting to fight against the Legendary Gathering Alliance, he gathered races that had been treated poorly and founded the Alliance of Challengers.

He fought four wars against the Legendary Gathering Alliance.

After those wars, when the Snake Kingdom rose to power, the Thief King joined forces with the Legendary Gathering Alliance to fight against it. However, they could not withstand the Snake King's strategies. All of the powerful fighters except the Thief King were forced to join the Snake King's side, leaving him no choice but to agree to a truce.

Present day (Year 18500):

The Thief King is now practically fighting alone against the Snake Kingdom, which has conquered most of the world.

The Snake King

(Snake race / King)

Even as a child, the Snake King was the most ambitious snake among his entire race.

However, in the year 8500, the Snake race was poorly regarded, so most people simply ignored what the Snake King had to say.

Because of this, he left the existing kingdom and founded his own independent kingdom on a small island, creating a nation exclusively for the Snake race. Thanks to this, he became well respected among his fellow Snakes.

However, the Snake race's overall treatment did not improve much. Determined to improve the reputation of both himself and his race, the Snake King decided to write a book about himself and the Snake race.

Unfortunately, very few people were interested in reading it, leaving the Snake King frustrated.

Then he heard about a war between the Racial Alliance and the Crab Federation. He realized that the book was missing the excitement and dramatic events it needed, and became convinced that participating in the war could provide the material necessary to complete it.

He joined the war and personally fought on the battlefield, where he played an active role.

During the war, while the Thief King was away, the Snake King invaded and destroyed his village. This turned the two into sworn enemies.

Even after being defeated by the Thief King and Onaad in the 9300s, the Snake King refused to give up. Whenever he found an opportunity, he secretly continued expanding his power and strengthening the Snake Kingdom.

Once the Snake Kingdom had become a major power, he withdrew from the alliance in the 13000s. He wanted to take control of the entire world and make it the grand finale of his book.

However, he was eventually defeated by the Legendary Alliance. Planning for the future, he joined the Legendary Gathering.

He thought he would live quietly from then on, but...

In the 14500s, the Snake King noticed that both the alliance founded by the Thief King and the Legendary Gathering Alliance had been weakened by three wars between them. He decided that this was his opportunity.

Just before the outbreak of the fourth war, he left the Legendary Gathering Alliance.

During the fourth war, he conquered devastated regions and then launched a surprise attack against the weakened Legendary Gathering Alliance. He even turned the Dictator-Kwon into one of his soldiers, eventually making the Snake Kingdom the dominant power in the world.

Afterward, he fought two wars against the Legendary Gathering Alliance and the Alliance of Challengers, who had formed a temporary alliance, and won both of them. As a result, he seized control of almost all of the world's territory.

Present day (Year 18500):

The Snake King is currently tormenting his old enemy, the Thief King, by giving him false hope. He deliberately refuses to invade and kill him because he wants the Thief King's death to be the final chapter of his book.

---

Additional Notes

I wrote these explanations because I thought you might be curious:

  1. Why did I make the Thief King enjoy killing people in the early part of his story?

The Thief King has the Bloodlust trait, which increases his happiness whenever he kills another character. I incorporated that game mechanic into his lore.

  1. Why did I make the Snake King so obsessed with writing a book?

Whenever I watched the Snake King try to write a book in the game, he would often start writing it and then stop halfway through. That behavior inspired me to make his obsession with the book part of his character.

The story of the successor and son of the Crab King

Gesin (Crab Species / King)

Backstory:

Among King Gehwang’s children, Gesin had the greatest potential, even surpassing his twin brother, Lee.

Before he turned 1,000, Gesin was often cold and disrespectful toward his father. However, over time, he began to admire Gehwang after witnessing his actions. During peace negotiations, Gehwang showed respect toward Dictator-gwon, the king of a rival kingdom, and genuinely tried to understand him. When Lee rebelled, Gehwang chose not to kill him and instead apologized for having neglected him and not giving him enough attention. Gehwang also developed defensive and healing-oriented religious magic to protect his people.

These actions gradually changed Gesin's view of his father. He came to deeply respect Gehwang, eventually writing a book about him and personally helping defend the capital.

However, when Gehwang died in 7100, Gesin had little time to grieve before inheriting the throne. From then on, he personally participated in numerous wars, determined to become even stronger than his father for the sake of the Crab Kingdom.

By around 11000, Gesin had reached a level comparable to Gehwang. However, he was eventually overwhelmed by the powerful warriors and armies of the growing Dictator-gwon Kingdom and was forced to surrender, becoming one of Dictator-gwon's subordinates.

Around 12000, under Dictator-gwon's orders, Gesin defeated Snake King and Thief King in the Cliff Battle. Just as he was about to finish them off, however, he hesitated. During that moment, he realized that this might be his chance to end Dictator-gwon's rule once and for all.

Gesin joined the rebel alliance and eventually became its leader. He played a major role in the Final War, contributing greatly to the rebels' victory.

Around 14000, Gesin and Dictator-gwon founded an alliance called Legend Gathering to contain and stop Snake King and his growing kingdom. In the wars of the 14300s, they successfully stopped Snake King and eventually brought him and his kingdom into the Legend Gathering alliance.

After 14500, Gesin remained relatively inactive for some time. Later, after leaving the Legend Gathering alliance, he was defeated by Snake King's forces after they exploited the situation to take back the territories they had previously lost.

Gesin was ultimately forced to become one of Snake King's direct subordinates.

However, he has not given up.

He is quietly waiting for the right opportunity to rebel once again.

(Additional note: Ge-hwang is the same person as Ge-wang mentioned in the previous post; the difference in name is due to a translation error. )

The story of the oldest character on my account (If you like long stories or have enough time, please take a look.)

The Life of Dictator-gwon

Dictator-gwon is a descendant of the very first male and female members of the Tanking species, who were created by God. He inherited the throne in the 300s.

At first, he was a king who genuinely tried his best to care for his people. However, his citizens repeatedly stole his equipment, attacked him, and then ran away. Around the 4000s, one of his soldiers attacked him with a Skeleton Staff, which gave him the Pure Evil trait.

After that, Dictator-gwon personally killed many of the citizens who had constantly disrespected him. He then began planning to conquer the world, hoping to prove that his way of ruling was the right one.

However, he was repeatedly defeated by the Crab King, who was far stronger than him at the time. This gradually made Dictator-gwon impatient. Despite their rivalry, though, he slowly became closer to the Crab King.

During peaceful periods, the two would occasionally meet and talk. On one occasion, they even joined forces and fought together. Dictator-gwon gradually came to see the Crab King as more than just a rival.

That lasted until the Crab King's death in 7002.

When Dictator-gwon heard the news, he did not show his grief openly, but he mourned deeply. In fact, his actions in-game made him seem almost obsessed with war—he started wars so frequently that you could easily think, "Is this guy a warmonger?" Yet after the Crab King's death, Dictator-gwon did not even make a plan for another war for the next 100 years.

Later, Dictator-gwon began annexing territories that had been devastated by wars between other kingdoms. Through this process, he gradually expanded his kingdom until he eventually unified the entire world by 11500.

However, his reign came to an end in 12373 during a massive conflict known as the Final War. He fought three powerful individuals—Thief King, Snake King, and an as-yet-unrevealed powerful member of the Crab species—and was defeated. He lost his position as king and fell from power.

For more than 100 years afterward, Dictator-gwon refused to accept his new reality. He did not look for a job and simply continued living without purpose.

Eventually, he began meeting immigrant citizens who had moved into the area. By becoming their neighbors and talking with them, he gradually healed the emotional wounds he had carried from his earlier experiences with citizens. He eventually joined the military.

One day, during a battle, an enemy attack sent him flying all the way to a remote, uninhabited island. Since he had no way to communicate his location or return home, he eventually established the Second Dictator-gwon Kingdom there.

However, this time, he ruled very differently from before.

He abolished discrimination between species, respected the cultures of different races, and began giving positions as city leaders to powerful individuals based on their abilities rather than their species or background. He started building a kingdom that was very different from the one he had ruled in the past.

Later, together with the successor of the Crab King—whose story I may reveal in a future post—Dictator-gwon founded an alliance called the Legend Group to keep the Snake Kingdom in check.

During the war around 13800, the Legend Group emerged victorious. The Snake Kingdom eventually joined the alliance as well, and eventually every kingdom became a member of the Legend Group.

However, after 14343, Thief King left the Legend Group and formed another alliance. Several wars broke out between the two alliances, gradually weakening the Legend Group.

Snake King took advantage of this situation and eventually left the Legend Group as well.

Then, around 17000, war broke out between the Snake Kingdom and the Legend Group.

During one of the battles, Dictator-gwon encountered Snake King and began fighting him. However, while the two were engaged in battle, Dictator-gwon's village was captured.

As a result, Dictator-gwon was forcibly brought under Snake King's rule.

For the next 1,000 years, the former world-conquering king was used as one of Snake King's long-term pieces in his plan to conquer the entire world.

I will write this in the comments because there are parts that might raise questions.

  1. The reason why HP suddenly increased from 743k to 2.4m: It is because I used the Ritual of Transformation, a religious magic.

  2. Are the Crab King mentioned in the post from 2-3 days ago the same character as the Crab King in the story about the Dictator's Authority?: You can consider the Crab King introduced in the post as another Crab King from a parallel world.

Who will win

"King Crab(게황) vs. Bandit King(도적왕)"write in the comments who you think will win against one of them.

I will also provide a video in my comments showing how the two characters fight.

(Since I'm a free-to-play mobile user, the characters may look weak.)

(Please understand that there may be some unnatural parts due to the use of a translation tool. )

Please evaluate.

I'm a free-to-play mobile user. Is this character strong enough? (I used a translator, so there might be some awkward parts.)
