Has anyone been able to export Apple Health data to Hevy?
Ive converted the XML to CSV but its still not “strong compatible”
Downloaded an app to download the health data in CSV and Sweet JSON too but they aren’t working either
I keep deleting the default widgets and setting up my own but they keep deleting and reverting back to default

I’ve been on 0.5mg BPC daily and 2mg Tb500 three times a week for four weeks now and I still don’t feel any benefit. Has anyone else had this problem? Should I just stop or is it likely to start working soon?
First two weeks were a UK supplier, second two weeks are from china.
Taking them first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, bpc near my elbow and tb500 in my stomach.

I’m paying for 1000mbps and I’m only getting around 600mbps with the router my ISP has provided (ASUS ZenWifi Bd4), the range is ok but it could be better.
I have 16 devices connected to it for context.

I would like to boost my speed and range a little bit, I’m not looking for anything professional and I’m trying to stay under £200 if I can.
