Is ₹10k + electricity expensive for a 2-sharing AC PG near JECRC Foundation?

I’m looking for a PG near JECRC Foundation and found a newly built PG.

The rent is ₹10,000 per person + electricitywith 2 people sharing an AC room. The room is newly built and

I’m not sure whether ₹10k per person + electricity is reasonable for this area or if it’s overpriced.

For students staying around JECRC Foundation/Sitapura:

What are you paying for a 2-sharing AC PG?

Is ₹10k + electricity a normal price?

Can I get a similar/newly built PG for cheaper?

Any JECRC Foundation CSE seniors or 2nd-year students here?

I'm considering taking Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry) admission in CSE at JECRC Foundation, but I'm still confused.

Is it worth joining? How are the faculty, coding culture, placements, and overall college life? I'd really like honest opinions, especially from CSE students.

If you're a senior or currently in 2nd year CSE, please DM me. I have a few questions regarding lateral entry and the college.

Should I choose Navi Mumbai or Jaipur for B.Tech after Diploma? Need honest advice.

Hi everyone,

I completed my Diploma in Computer Engineering from Maharashtra with 82% (Open category) and I'm applying for Direct Second Year (Lateral Entry).

I'm confused between Navi Mumbai and Jaipur.

I'm not from Navi Mumbai, so if I study there, I'll also have to stay in a PG or rented flat.

Through merit, I'm not getting good colleges in Navi Mumbai. Many average colleges are asking for around ₹5 lakh donation plus regular fees.

In Jaipur, I can get direct admission to JECRC Foundation, SKIT, and JIET Jodhpur without paying such a huge donation.

I'm applying for Direct Second Year (DSE) B.E./B.Tech admission. I have 84% in Diploma (Computer Engineering) and belong to the Open category. Which engineering colleges in Navi Mumbai usually have the lowest management quota donation for IT/Computer Engineering? If anyone has recent (2026) experience, please share the approximate donation and annual fees.
