Surfskates for big and tall

I'm interested in getting into surf skating. I'm above average size (6'4, 295lbs). Do you have any recommendations on what kind/size board and equipment I should look for? A long time ago (20 years ago). I used to skateboard and I liked this 9 ply deck they made back then. Is thickness an issue or is there a length/wheelbase I should be looking for? Thank you for any help

Love my father bands

I don't want to comment too much on the flavors of this because this exact one hasn't been resting in my humidor long, but I expect it to be great like most MF stuff. I've had the blend before and it's awesome, woodsy notes dominate

Hvc cerro natural

I've smoked a few of these this week but I didn't want to comment on it until I had one with at least 14 days of rest. And this one is definitely tasting a little better than the others. Nice example of what I think of as the corojo flavor. Wood sweetness with some earthy flavors mixed in. I've been very happy with the few HVCs I've tried. This one tastes a little cheaper/younger than the one I posted a few weeks ago (that one was a 50 year anniversary or 500 year something or other, I can't remember) but it is cheaper. This one is very good for sub 10 dollar price point

Ybor city?

Have any of you guys been to ybor city? I'm thinking about considering it as a bachelor party destination. I was wondering what are the must do lounges and/or restaurants. Also what location to stay in? I found a nice apartment for rent on 7th avenue. I know there's a bunch of lounges on 7th avenue but idk how spread out the area is. Any thoughts or info are welcome

Padron 1926 serie maduro

I have a light preference for padrons natural wrapper cigars but it's really hard to improve on this. The earthiness is a bit more subtle than the padron x000 series, and I love the padron earthiness. Picking up a touch of espresso sweetness but mostly the classic padron earth just smoothed out compared to the x000. A+

Oliva serie g

It's a little mild for my palate but still enjoyable. When I am in the mood for something mild this is a solid choice. Main note is cedar, maybe just a tiny bit of earth. Also, my humidors might be a little bit dry for Cameroon wrappers, it's burning pretty hot. It strikes me as a bit of a one note cigar, not very complex but that one note is pleasant

Classic. Le Bijou 1922

Lots of earth and pepper. In a larger size this might be too much of a powerhouse for me but in Petit robusto it's great. I love my father Petit robustos anyway but this one is very strong

Hvc 500th anniversary

Never had an hvc before that I can remember. Got this from small batch cigar club. I'll add some thoughts after I finish

Braised pork shoulder. Stockpot size needed or Dutch oven?

I was planning to make the braised pork w/ chilled recipe from salt fat acid heat for my father in law. My question is how big of a stock pot do I need for a pork shoulder? I'm looking at the largest stock pot in my cupboard and doubting that it's big enough, but I have no idea how big a pork shoulder is. Sorry in advance if this is a silly or vague question I'm just not sure if I need to go out and buy something bigger or how much bigger. I just don't know what is needed to braise a pork shoulder

Tough to beat this. I haven't had a padron thousand in a while and it feels like coming back to an old friend. The padron earth flavor is just so perfect everytime. The cap on this seemed a little fucked up but it's not affecting anything. Drinking a cheap Cabernet with it
