Hi, 23F about to finish contract coming 16 November 2026.
(first full time job)

I just got my new contract from HR, it was only a 1.85% increment.

moving forward, next contract is 2 years. (Currently i am on 1 year)

can someone tell me this is normal in a MNC company?

I have yet to bring it up to my boss. Do you think i am able to negotiate?

i would love to stay in the company in a longer run, since i’m used to what i’m doing and is capable.

hi! 23f here. have passed my c2 back in early July.

i am currently still riding my 2b bike till now, will manage to pay finish instalment this dec 2026.

am looking to upgrade to c2 but my budget is pretty low.

what recommendations do you guys have? no opinion on brands just throw me anything.
-preferably sports bike (just wanted to ride sports since i’m still young)
- i dont mind 2nd hand
- my budget is arnd 20 to 25k (will definitely take loan but will try to take bank loan)

i am looking for 600ccs but am ok with slightly higher as long as it is not 1000cc.

why? because i am planning to daily it as i do not have the financial capacity to own two bikes at the same time.

at this point of life, i am only looking for sports bike. i will change to naked/adventure/tourer in the future but really, not right now. also, i’m 156cm tall and is ok to try anything.

pls do not recommend me bmw & ducati, i know they are expensive and im not able to afford it🙏
