Race day forecast looking amazing!
The 30th is showing 14C at the start with a light breeze. That's about as good as marathon weather gets.
I ran Sydney last year, so if it helps anyone: the climb at 12K that everyone worries about is smaller than the elevation chart makes it look, and the part that actually got me was the flat out-and-back after it. Happy to answer any course questions, two weeks out is when I start overthinking everything.
Also I pace for the NYC Marathon and I built a free tool that turns your goal time into km-by-km splits for this course with the forecast factored in. Can't post the link (the filter removed my last attempt) but it's called RITMO and it's in my profile.
