I bought a (like new) iscooter ix5s yesterday, I see the Bluetooth logo on the display but I don't know how to turn it on to pair with the iscooter app, and the manual doesn't show how to do it.

I have about a mile, mile and a half walk everyday from the job site to my car, sometimes carrying tools for a total weight of about 220-240 pounds, the commute out is uphill, curious what recommendations for around 400 dollar range or if I should wait and spend more?
