Thinking of going for a romantic walk on the dunes next week when we arrive. I seen mixed reports that tourists roam freely around them and others sticking to the designated path, can anyone help me whether you really need to stick to the path?
So today we offered the asking price on a property we viewed 2 weeks ago & the owners accepted. The EA is now looking £3.5k of a holding deposit to take the property off the market?? - we live in a rural area and apparently this is normal. We really want this house & not sure what to do? Solicitor has advised us to try and ask him to lower the amount…
Should I chase them? It’s our first time and the waiting game is killing me!
