Bitch swerved in front causing me to hit the median and then drove off. made a police report and the police asked if I wanted to file charges for hit-and-run and I said absolutely. The only reason I was able to identify was because of the dash cam. The other parties insurance took full liability and I find out today if it’s totaled or not, which I am hoping it’s not because it doesn’t look bad but the undercarriage may be damaged…..
