Antibiotics?

My 5 year old was diagnosed with Crohn's last December, and is currently doing well on Tremfya + after a bowel resection.

She developed walking pneumonia last week (she's in summer camp all day, so not unexpected) and her peds put her on a Z pack. She was still not any better by this weekend, so we took her back, and this time they put her on Amoxicillin for the next 10 days. I'm really worried about how all of the antibiotics are going to affect her, because she's doing so well Crohn's wise right now. If anyone could share their experiences with antibiotics, I would really appreciate it! Thank you!

Lila June vs. June Delilah?

Joining her sister, Margot Josephine. We sign paperwork soon, so we're stressed and running out of time. Would greatly appreciate any help!

(As a side note, I regret making Margot's middle name Josephine because of the repeating "o" sounds. Not that it matters now, just thought I would mention it in case that gives you a sense of my name vibes, lol).

Thank you!!

My 4 year old daughter was diagnosed in December, after a bowel perforation lead to sepsis and emergency surgery. We found out today that she is "pretty much" in remission... still a tiny bit of redness but as the doctor said, perfect is the enemy of good, and she's sure come a long way from when she was first diagnosed and in the PICU! Just wanted to share this with you all, because we have to celebrate the wins as they come. Thank you for all of the advice + support over the past few months!! ❤️
