Non-monetary Promotion Benefits?

I’m about to say yes to a $25k raise for attorney to a junior attorney position.

I’m already fully remote with some in person days if I so choose

On paper I have 3 weeks of PTO but I don’t think this is a hard number. I’m thinking about asking for 5 weeks? Right now 1 week rolls over so I have 4 this year and have only taken 1 week so I don’t even know what I would do with 5.

Bar dues weren’t formally mentioned during my initial hire but it was communicated to me after that the renewal fees would be covered

2 personal days (kind of irrelevant given the PTO)

Any thoughts or what else I should ask for before accepting?? I’m at a lost. I asked for a raise and an even larger raise and promotion was offered. I’m NOT trying to be greedy but this promotion was kind of sprung on me so I feel like this is an opportunity to ask for something.

Additional information: I have health insurance covered entirely by the firm.

I’m going to sign up for 401k. There’s no employer matching

Someone mentioned CLEs, which is a nice idea so that’s about $500 extra.
