THE ROLE
We are seeking an organized, client-focused POD Leader to oversee a dedicated team of accounting professionals. Bridge the gap between technical execution, team management, and client advisory-all from the comfort of your home!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead & Mentor: Guide a dedicated
POD of bookkeepers & tax preparers.
Advise Clients: Serve as the primary trusted advisor, reviewing financials & guiding entity setups (LLCs, S-Corps, C-Corps).
Shape Our Growth (~20%): Assist with marketing, short tax tips, and network digitally to build the firm.
ARE YOU THE ONE?
3-5 years in public accounting, bookkeeping, or tax.
1-2 years leading teams, review, or project management.
Tech-savvy with QuickBooks Online, Xero, & tax software.
High EQ, stellar communication, & growth mindset.
CPA highly preferred (or strong hands-on tax/advisory experience).
