Alaska 737-900 Winglets seat comfort / tips
Hi all! I’ve got an upcoming Alaska flight and could use some advice. Each leg is on a 737-900 (Winglets), and after flying Delta for years, the first class price difference was enough to get me to try Alaska instead. It’s also my first Alaska flight in about 10+ years. I only fly once or twice a year now, so I’m pretty excited.
I preordered breakfast and went with the Mochi Waffle x Fried Chicken collab, but if that was a bad move, please tell me now, haha. I also noticed the fruit and cheese and the parm eggs and bacon seem to get good reviews in the sub.
My main question is about the seats. I’ve seen a lot of comments saying the Winglets seats are really uncomfortable, but I was fine on Delta’s A321 Neo, which also gets a lot of complaints, so I’m wondering if it’s more personal comfort than anything. Is it bad enough that I should bring something to sit on for a 6-ish hour flight?
Also looking forward to the lounges in JFK and SeaTac - any pro tips would be appreciated. Thanks so much!
