New Lian Li Dan A3

Finally able to rebuild my machine in this awesome case!
Switched from ASUS AP201 that will become a home server.
Specs
Ryzen 7800X3D
MSI B850 gaming plus (new board, the previous gigabyte B650 died)
64GB crucial pro 6000 (bought right before ram apocalypse)
2x nvme 2TB (SN750 + KC3000)
Inno3D RTX 4080
Corsair nautilus AIO
Corsair SF750 + official 16 pin cable

Now need to 3D print a custom SFX support to better use internal space and maybe put a front fan. Because the motherboard have the pcie x16 in second position and use a triple slot GPU, I’m unable to use bottom fans, but the temps are good! Max temp around 70 degrees in gaming both GPU and CPU without excessive rpm.

Note I already replaced the Corsair very short EPS12v cable with a longer one that hidden behind the AIO radiator. Lucky the PSU bought to the server have perfect compatible cable and come with two (Its a Empower Mach 1 850w)

Last day changed pc case and ever with some caution doing the rebuild the system doesn’t post. CPU led stay on, fans spins at full power and no POST.
Tried to disconnect GPU (4080) and other hardware, change memory’s slots, remove and put back the cpu and nothing.
Tried to run outside the case and nothing.
But… a thing I noted before, one of two bottom fan doesn’t spin, disconnected and still no POST.
Inspected the board and think I found the mistake, plugged that fan mentioned above in the rgb header that’s just at side of another fan header (with have the second fan connected) and the underside have a little scar/melted PCB resin, but no smell or burned thing. How this can kill the entire motherboard?
The board is a Gigabyte B650M aorus master with 7800X3D and 64 GB crucial, running great since April 2023.
