Brand new PC broke 3 times in one year. #cpgeneral

Last November I purchased one of cyberpowerpc PC’s via Best Buy. First time I sent it out was in February. I paid 200+ for shipping and insurance on the pc. The issue was that I had no visuals on my monitors. All that was done was re-seating the GPU and sent it back to me.

When it was returned I opened the box and it was destroyed (probably not cyberpowers fault this time). UPS completely mishandled the box and I had no issues with cyberpower sending it back and they paid for the label this time.

After receiving the pc back it worked for 2 days again before the pc sputtered and now only one monitor is working. I plug in my old pc and everything works fine. I reached back out to cyberpower and now they said they will send me a replacement GPU. Got an email saying I’m responsible for payment of shipping the faulty GPU back that they obviously didn’t replace last time (or do any troubleshooting besides pulling out the GPU and putting it back in). It’s unacceptable and I’m so fit to be tied with this cooperation. Wish I knew of their warranty policy’s before I purchased this POS. I just wrote them an email telling them to send me a shipping label because they clearly haven’t fixed the issue the first two times I sent it back. I hope they will honor it because it doesn’t seem right that the consumer needs to keep paying for a broken machine that has obvious issues.
