Are these cables under the gpu supposed to be disconnected? #cpsupport
Just bought this and the quick guide says to ensure connections
#cpgeneral
Hello so I’ve been thinking of buying this pc for some time and I was wondering if anyone has this build and how’s it’s been for them? Any issues yall had with this build and such? How’s the performance on this pc and what components do they use for this pc? Like psu brand and aio brand for example. I’m really tryna know if this pc is a good buy after my last one somewhat similar to this build but with a 7800 x3d that one didn’t even last me a week because of the aio failing.
NEW #cpgeneral CASE side cover removal????
an hour ago I recieved my cyberpowerPC pc via UPS, but, I cannot see how to remove side cover in order to remove foam, and of course they are closed until Mon AM, what I bought was a C series, model # CS-450-223MB-492-454, clear glass wrap around side and front, side has on button with 3 screws arranged vertically below the on/off button
Brand new PC broke 3 times in one year. #cpgeneral
Last November I purchased one of cyberpowerpc PC’s via Best Buy. First time I sent it out was in February. I paid 200+ for shipping and insurance on the pc. The issue was that I had no visuals on my monitors. All that was done was re-seating the GPU and sent it back to me.
When it was returned I opened the box and it was destroyed (probably not cyberpowers fault this time). UPS completely mishandled the box and I had no issues with cyberpower sending it back and they paid for the label this time.
After receiving the pc back it worked for 2 days again before the pc sputtered and now only one monitor is working. I plug in my old pc and everything works fine. I reached back out to cyberpower and now they said they will send me a replacement GPU. Got an email saying I’m responsible for payment of shipping the faulty GPU back that they obviously didn’t replace last time (or do any troubleshooting besides pulling out the GPU and putting it back in). It’s unacceptable and I’m so fit to be tied with this cooperation. Wish I knew of their warranty policy’s before I purchased this POS. I just wrote them an email telling them to send me a shipping label because they clearly haven’t fixed the issue the first two times I sent it back. I hope they will honor it because it doesn’t seem right that the consumer needs to keep paying for a broken machine that has obvious issues.
#cpsupport Pc died in just under a month
Even when attempting a CMOS clear as provided by instructions on their website for the motherboard ASROCK B650M-CX R2.0, I still can't get it to boot. RGB lights are on, GPU fans spin, but I get the three beeps on boot from RAM failure and orange / red lights on the motherboard.
I plan to return it, the return window luckily ends just by Saturday, but what else can I do at this point? I'm devastated since I have sank a lot of time into my Sims game during the period I've had it and will be gutted to lose yet again another save.
Honestly reading through this sub Reddit how the fuck has this company still got any standing? Their PCs look like they die so fast or on arrival. Also temps were crazy for me especially when compiling shaders for UE5 games. I also heard that ASrock motherboards actually kill 9800x3Ds.
My specs (that I can remember)
NVIDIA RTX 5070TI
Ryzen 7 9800x3D
ASROCK B650M-CX R2.0 motherboard
please god give us the ma-01 case #cpgeneral
please who else is waiting for it with bated breath
VGA Light. HELP ME PEASE! #cpsupport
Brand new PC out of the box. GPU is Nvidia GeForce RTX 5060 8gb. I don’t know much about pcs. VGA light stays lit and the fans spin in the graphics card for like 5 seconds and then stop as well. Does anybody have any idea?
Replacing power cord on CyberPower CPS1500AVR? #cpsupport
I work at a tech company and we occasionally get shipments of returns that we are allowed to dig through and take what we want. I found a CyberPower CPS1500AVR and thought it could be extremely helpful for my computer in case of an outage. Unfortunately, the company cuts the power cables on these types of things when they're returned. Could it be possible to replace the cord, and if so, any tips?
Pre-built PC issue #CPSUPPORT
Hi, I bought a pre-built earlier this year (SLC7700WST 5070Ti build) but I am having a big problem with it. It is freezing up and crashing. The issue is inconsistent sometimes it's during a game, launching a game, or watching streams. My PC freezes and becomes unresponsive. It will shutdown and try to restart but it gets stuck and doesn't load Windows. I usually leave it alone and it will load back into Windows eventually and operate normally. However, other times it continues to load and says it failed to repair the PC and asks for recovery options. If I am able to I try checking my performance when this happens but the only thing that seems to change is my SSD spikes to 100% usage. The PC will start running normal again once the usage goes back down.
Specs:
Gigabyte RTX 5070 Ti, AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D, MSI PRO B850-VC WIFI, Team Group UDS-6400 16GB (x2), Patriot P410 2 TB, Apevia 1000W Gold 80 Plus
This issue was only happening every once in awhile but the frequency is picking up now. I bought it from Walmart and I am out of the return window. I will be reaching out to Cyberpower customer support but I wanted to see if anyone has had this issue or insight on how I can fix this issue. Thanks ahead
#cpsupport RGB hub not connected to motherboard
I've got a gigabyte 850 C E motherboard on my ryzen based system I got from Best Buy. I've had it about 2 weeks I think, anyway the fans rgb only works via the button on the front of the case and won't sync with motherboard controlled rgb. Google says this is because the rgb hub is powered but not connected to the motherboard.
Is this going to be a huge pain to fix myself, should I just take it to best buy?
The fans don't show up under rgb in GCC but respond to fan curve changes and such.
PSU fan rattling after three weeks of owning #cpsupport
Was just wondering if they ask for the whole PC back or will they send a new PSU?
This is my second cyberpowerpc the first one I never had any issues with. I emailed customer support today but I know they wont be in till tomorrow sometime. I was considering if they ask for the whole PC back just getting my own PSU and installing it since its not that difficult to do and I have built my own PC as well.
new cyber power pc, top fans do not spin but the rgb lights are on. what’s wrong and what can i do? #cpsupport

Questions about fans #cpgeneral
Hello! I have a question about the fans in my case. Firstly, I’d like to change the RGB and I’m not sure how to do that. Secondly, one of my fans is slightly skewed and I’m not sure how to safely fix it. This is my first PC and I use it for work so I can really risk anything breaking. Thank you!
