#cpsupport Just got my new PC but it did not come with a Power Cable

As the title says. I do have an old cyberpower pc and that cable but I don’t know if I should plug that in. I think this new one is going to be about 850-1000 watts and the old power cable says it’s 10A 250V~. Can I use that cable or should I contact them to send me the cable I need?

New PC turns on but doesn't work. #cpsupport

I got a cyberpower pre-built a week ago, it worked for a few days without issue. All of sudden it has stopped working. It turns on, lights up and fans spin, but monitor, keyboard, and mouse don't work at all, it's like there'a no signal at all coming from the pc, i've tried different usb ports and monitor inputs with no luck. Any ideas on what is causing this how to fix it?

PC Suddenly won’t turn on #cpsupport

I bought a CyberPowerPC computer around 6 months ago, and it’s been working perfectly fine up until this morning. It‘s not turning on at all. I’ve already checked the outlet, replaced the power cable, and inside of the PC to see if there were any loose/unplugged wires, but nothing has helped.

I’m sure there’s more I could do to troubleshoot, but if I had to guess based off of what I’ve seen, it’s the PSU.

Anyone else who’s dealt with this issue, do you have any advice on where to go from here? If I have to replace the PSU, what do you recommend? I don’t consider myself particularly tech-savvy, so any help is super appreciated.

Thank you!

B550AM Gaming Mobo Bios #cpgeneral

I’ve read 1 post here regarding updated bios for the B550AM mobo. The bios in question is B55AMG 10.43A. Some posted having major issues after flashing with the bios referenced above. Can anyone here share positive experiences with this bios update?

#cpgeneral Third build: Switching from Ironside to CyberPowerPC Experiences? Is this config solid or needs changes?

This would be my third custom PC. I’ve had two solid builds from Ironside and have been happy with them, but I’m considering trying CyberPowerPC this time for better Has anyone here had good (or bad) experiences with CyberPowerPC lately? Especially on custom builds, build quality, customer service, shipping, and long-term reliability?

Does my motherboard have the ssd storage in built or not? #cpgeneral

Long story short, OS is messed up from the very core, so need to factory reset but tried everything and still cannot, i was thinking to replace the ssd storage and install windows from a bootable usb. But i cannot find where the SSD (C-drive) is located.

If not on the motherboard, then it should be next to it? Those to compartment (in win) ?

What is this cable for? #cpsupport

I just got this pre built PC from Best Buy 2 days ago. Loving it so far. Only issue I’m having is changing the RGB colors.

As I was removing the film inside the glass, i noticed this cable wasn’t plugged into anything. This is a HS01 case and the GMA6200BSTV3 model. Any idea what this is?

Model GMA5400BSTV6, need to know the voltage rating #cpgeneral

Can’t find the manual for this model, can’t find anywhere online that mentions the voltage rating of its PSU specifically. Trying to double check ahead of a move from America to Ireland if this PC can be used there. (Total layperson when it comes to computers, for context). From what I’ve researched, it seems very likely that it’s compatible, but I need confirmation. It seems that this information would be printed on the PSU itself, but as a layperson with no computer tinkering experience I’d like to avoid taking it apart to check if I can.

Does anyone know this information, or know where I can find this information? Thank you for your time.

Upgrade or keep AIO? #cpsupport

Hey all, I have the cyber power branded AIO, it looks like a metal square. It came with the SLC4400BSDFV6. I was wondering if I should upgrade to a different AIO or to a regular air cooler. The current one doesn’t seem to be too much of a problem but I’m wondering if there are better options.

My PC wont turn on #cpsupport

Here is the deal. I was doing some training for work last week and it died. Turned it on it would last maybe 5-10 mins and it would die again. It was super dusty so I thought maybe cleaning would help. I finally cleaned it today and now it won’t turn on at all. Tried removing and reinstalling RAM and that didn’t help. I did try turning off/on the power switch on the back no luck.
