Map Making Help
I would like some tips to help me improve my map-making skills for my DnD Campaigns. I am not the most creative person, so I think the maps I make look good, but I also know they can be improved upon. Any help is appreciated.

As the title suggests, what moment was it that made you absolutely sure it was time to quit?
I’ve been using on and off for almost 3 years now, but as of late I’ve been doing almost 2 cans (only 3 mils) a day, but I’m not really feeling any adverse affects. I workout everyday and I try to keep with my dental hygiene, but even thinking of quitting makes me grimace, because I know it’s going to be hard.
So how do I know when it’s the right time to stop?
I need to get some paying clients, and I don't know how to go about it. My gym has three main populations of clientele: old people who only go to the group fitness classes made for old people, people who have already been exercising consistently for multiple years, and teenagers who don't need help because they "know it all."
Since I am a new trainer, I've been doing free training sessions with people who might need help, but when I tell them they should continue training with me because I recommend they need more help, they get defensive and say they don't need more help. Any help is appreciated.
