jewish / arabic name

hi! looking for a nice name for baby girl. ideally a name that is both jewish / moroccan arabic. Want to do an M name in honor of a deceased grandparent (would love even more a name that starts with Ma- or Mar-) Hoping for a name that isn't super common. I love the name Maryam / Miriam (spelling TBD), but it's so common in Morocco. Please help!

Looking for some guidance. Husband is green card holder and his sister (married with a child) and his parents are planning to apply for a tourist visa to explore the US/see our life here.

His sister and her husband have good jobs (teacher and nurse), so not super worried about them, but we are a bit concerned about his parents due to them being old school and not having a bank account (their five children support them) and his mother being a homemaker with zero income.

We are expecting our first child this winter, and really want his mom to be able to come for at least a month to help us as we adjust and getting to know the baby. Not formal “caretaking” but something I’d assume most grandparents would do if they lived nearby.

Is there anything we can do (I.e. write a letter) or anything to make his parents’ application stronger? Or are they doomed? As mentioned before, they have 5 children, and they all reside in their home country (aside from my husband), so there is zero desire to come to the US and “not return.” Additionally, my father in law has a job he’d have to get back to and their whole extended family is back in their home country. They also have their own home there. I’m most concerned about their financial means and that hurting them during the application process. Country of origin: Morocco.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated as we navigate this. Thank you!

Also: If this is the wrong group to post please lmk where else I can post! Thank you!
