So, my fiancée just switched from Kiel‘s, Junglück and other commertial beauty products to Shea butter she enriches by adding different kinds of oil, like Jojoba oil.

While the Shea butter actually seems to work quite well, finding organic Shea butter for a decent price is pretty difficult in Germany, it seems. Most certified products sell unrefined Shea butter to incredibly high prices but there are some companies who sell non-organic Shea butter for a tenth of the price.

I‘m hoping to find some recommendations on where to get relatively cheap, unrefined and organic Shea butter. Thanks in advance for your recommendations! 🫶

I‘m currently running CachyOS on my main PC and CachyOS handheld on my SteamDeck. While I really like the Arch based stuff, I want something more stable, yet not outdated like Debian. Preferably an active project that is not abandoned and not some distro based on a distro based on a distro that is based on some of the bigger ones.

I was thinking about Fedora on my main and bazzite on the steam deck, but I didn‘t do my homework on Fedora yet. Any tips on distros? I love KDE Plasma and would like to keep it or have another DE that features a very either customizable desktop or a very mac-like experience.

I‘m asking for help for a friend, who has troubles with his gaming PC, where games either close themselves without any error messages or warnings or the PC crashes completely. He is playing Fellowship, Valorant and League of Legends, latter two being one of the reasons he needs to run Windows.

Specs are as follows:

AMD Ryzen 7, I think 7700X
32GB RAM, if the CPU above, probably DDR5
NVIDIA GeForce RTX 4080

and I don‘t know the rest, I would have to ask, if necessary.

He also uses his PC for photoshop, video editing and rendering and this doesn‘t make any problems, just gaming.

He already whiped his complete drive and reinstalled Windows and his games, but it kept happening. Any ideas?

Gerade von unserem aller ersten Camping-Trip im Dachzelt zurückgekommen und ich bin total begeistert. Allerdings muss ich sagen, dass ich in der Orga im Auto Optimierungsbedarf sehe, wenn wir demnächst ohne Freunde nach Schweden fahren wollen und teilweise wildcampen wollen.

Hat jemand da Erfahrungen gemacht, Tipps zur Orga oder was man dabei haben sollte?

Wir haben schon festgestellt, dass unsere echt teure Camping-Küche in zweierlei Hinsicht ein Fehlkauf war, da sie 1) echt viel Wärme seitlich verliert statt den Topf oder die Pfanne zu erwärmen und 2) viel zu groß für unseren Mini-SUV ist, bzw. für ihre Größe nicht genug Mehrwert gegenüber eines einfachen Gaskochers + Camping-Tisch bringt.
