[SELLING][US]Konosuke WT 225mm with Custom Handle

I purchased this from Foodgear for $455. I rehandled it to the Amboyna Burl + buffalo horn handle from Boogwa. I have used this 10-15 times for light home cooking. The edge is factory, and this W2 is magical. It just does not dull. A stropping every now and then and it’s like new. Asking $425, shipped CONUS.

[SELLING][CONUS]Ashi (Hitohira) 210mm W2 Gyuto

I bought this from Tetogi. It has been used for a fewer than five meals. There is a little patina showing on the mono steel blade. The factory edge is still quite sharp. This is definitely one of the most laser knives of all the lasers! I am only selling because I was able to score a Swedish steel version recently. Asking $225, shipped CONUS.

[SELLING][CONUS]Hatsukokoro Kumokage Gyuto (Muneishi OEM)

I purchased this for Knives and Stones. It still has the factory edge and is in excellent condition. The dark etched surface on this is really unique and patinas very slowly. Height at the heel is 48mm. Edge length is 209mm, and it is 3mm thick at the spine coming out of the handle. This is a nice workhorse grind that cuts with authority and excels on proteins. Great “budget” knife with a pleasing rustic finish.

Asking $155, shipped CONUS.

***Edit: I added a couple photos in the comments so you can see the finished product better.***

My wife puts sea glass in the bottom of these and gifts them to friends. A couple drops of essential oil and it’s a great little air freshener for your desk. It’s a great way to use wood scraps. This one is rosewood (East Indian, I think). Total time was about 25 minutes before I sped it up. The weird little round bar tool I use is a 10v negative rake scraper.
