HYROX sled pushes are making my legs feel weirdly heavy

Anyone else feel like sled work gives a different kind of leg fatigue?

Running soreness I understand. Squat soreness I understand. But after heavier sled push and pull sessions my legs get this heavy, dead feeling that carries into the next day in a way that messes with easy runs.

What are you doing between HYROX sessions to keep legs usable? I’ve seen icebound essentials wireless boots come up a few times, and they seem like one of the better options if the goal is getting legs to feel fresh again between hard sessions.Easy bike, walking, compression boots, mobility, more food, or just spacing hard sessions better?

What’s the ONE anti-aging step you won’t skip? (esp in humid weather?)

I live in a tropical country so my skin is constantly dealing with heat, humidity, and sweating. I have oily skin and lately I’ve been breaking out more than usual. I’m posting a pic of my skin so you can see what I’m working with right now.

My current routine is not helping at all, my retinol gives me acne, I feel like something isn’t working.. my skin feels pretty reactive overall. After reading more esthetician focused content, I’m starting to think I might be missing something in terms of barrier support and proper layering, especially in this kind of weather. For oily, breakout-prone skin in a humid climate like this, what’s the ONE anti-aging step or product you’d actually recommend I start with?

I don’t even fully get what I’m doing wrong at this point. Every time I squat my trainer stops me and says my knees are going too far forward. I try to adjust, she’ll say that’s better, then next rep I’m apparently doing the same thing again

It’s been a few weeks and it’s just not clicking. I honestly can’t tell the difference between a good rep and a bad one. Is that normal? Like, should I actually feel something different when I get it right?

Nothing really hurts during the set, but the next day my knees and legs feel way more stiff than usual

Lately I’ve been using recovery wraps before bed after leg day, like 30–40 mins while I’m just chilling. Helps a bit with stiffness, so I’ve kept doing it, but I know it’s not fixing my squat

Is this usually a mobility thing? Ankles, hips, something like that? I’ve seen people talk about elevating heels but not sure if that even applies here

IMO...e I’m missing something super basic that everyone else just gets.
