My friend Henry is sick and I hate it.
I just hate it. I have been to the vet and he's on the medication and the best diet possible. That's all I can do for him. He was diagnosed with an inoperable thyroid tumor near his heart. Without a miracle he's gonna be gone in the near future. I found out 10 days ago. His wife Honey has been taking care of him. He's still eating and halfway comfy I think but he's thinning. He takes more effort to
Breathe. He isn't as active as he once was. But he still likes me and still loves Honey. And he's still so sweet. He's always been a sweet boy.
Any advice, words, prayers appreciated. It's hard. So much harder than I imagined it ever could be. If he becomes clearly in need of help passing on, I have a vet who will make a house call. I don't want to do that but I will if it's what's best for him. I'm dreading that and wish I had help.
