Can these two watches coexist together in a (modest) collection, along a blue Aqua Terra and a TAG Heuer Glassbox?
I love both of these equally. What do.you.think?
This is my first Speedy Tuesday with my new White Speedmaster Professional that I bought over the weekend. It's phenomenal, and the white dial is mesmerising.
Hey everyone, I hope you enjoyed the solar eclipse show. I wanted to tap into the collective wisdom of this community and ask for suggestions and opinions for my next watch. All I know at the moment is that it will be a Speedmaster. My current collection consists of three pieces, two of which are Omegas and one Tag Heuer (see photo). I want to add another Omega, and I want it to be a Speedmaster, I just haven't decided which one.
My two favorite speedys in the current line up are the white dial and the reverse pands. I really like the white speedy, but having two white dials is something I want to avoid, and selling the white SMP300 is not an option.
I also really like the reverse panda speedy, but having two reverse pandas is something I also want to avoid, and I'm not keen on selling the Glassbox either.
Another speedy contender is the two-tone sedna gold one, which is slightly more expensive on the bracelet then the others. I like the grey side of the moon, and I also like the Snoopy, which is tough to get. The 57 speedy, the FOIS or any of the two sub-dial speedys are not being considered.
TLDR: I'm trying to decide between the white speedy, the reverse panda, the two-tone sedna gold or the OG for my next watch. Which one do you think would complement my current lineup?
P.S. I have the option to buy the Aqua Terra Shades in Terracotta 38mm, which I also adore, at a good price, but a speedy is the preferred way.
Thanks for any and all input.
Been wanting to buy a white rubber strap for a while now and finally got one. I haven't seen a cleaner look on a watch, it's perfect for the summer. The only thing cleaner than this could be white Speedy with a white rubber strap (maybe).
