I am on 7.5 mg of zepbound and have lost about 40 pounds. I am no longer obese so I am pretty sure the insurance isn’t going to cover it any more. I have some loose skin around my middle but I think it will tighten up later. I have read it can take up to a year. I am 6ft and 199 lbs. I still want to lose another 10 to 15 pounds, but after that I should be in maintenance. Have any of you been in a similar situation? What did you do? What would be a good maintenance dose and how often? How much would it cost? I am working out 3 x a week and still have a fair bit of muscle. I also keep my protein at least 120g a day. It’s just so hard to get 180. I already bought new clothes and I am in the best shape I have been in since my 20s. I am 49 now.

Set fee for a lawyer or retainer and hourly rate?

My wife has a lawyer and has given me a letter of intent. I think this would be an uncontested divorce but there are some questions about premarital assets, dance lessons for my daughter alimony, and if I get the house. She actually seems fine with me getting the house. I met with a lawyer and I liked him. I also talked to a qrdo lawyer to ask some specific questions and he said this firm was a good one and he has worked with him a bit. I am just wondering if just paying the flat rate is a bad idea. Like if things take a turn or if there is too much back and forth my lawyer might think I have already put in enough time I am just going to phone it in. I don’t think my wife’s lawyer is too cut throat and this one seems to be focused on low conflict. Should I just stick with this one and if thing change we can talk about me paying more. I just want to make sure I have someone that is going to advocate for me so I don’t get screwed. I don’t want more than I deserve but I do want what I am entitled to. I talked to another lawyer that is know for being aggressive but between the hourly rate and the retainer it was like 16 hours. It seems like the retainer would be gone quickly. I don’t really want to get divorced so I think I am putting this off. But really this is going to put my whole life on hold. It’s been 5 weeks since she gave me the letter of intent.

Facebook ads how to get your wife back

I keep getting these ads that describe my situation to a tee. It ticks off every check box. She is shut down moved out and talking about divorce. We went to marriage counseling married for 16 years. I have my own therapist. I see these ads telling me in can win her back. I clicked on a few and listened to videos. I really do want to get her back but it has been several years of counseling. I keep thinking maybe these people are doing something different. My counselor said one person can’t make a marriage work. Both have to work together. Has anyone tried these? The testimonials are all positive of course and they all have 5 stars. I just want to hear an unbiased opinion. Or are they all snake oil taking advantage of someone in their most vulnerable time in their life.

NYCDA Outstanding Dancer PHX?

I am a dance dad and this whole world is so confusing sometimes, I am still trying to figure out the difference between high gold and 5 star gold. But anyway, my daughter is 10 years old and just finished the NYCDA comp this weekend. She got some kind of scholarship to do the outstanding dancer program or something for Nationals? What exactly is it? I hear scholarship and I think maybe it gets her into Nationals for free, but then it seems like it is a whole experiance. When I start reading up on it, it sounds like it is something extra, and we have to pay another 490 dollars for it? This is our first year doing this dance comp and I never know what to expect with these comps. It is more workshops? I read some where she can get into some summer intensives. This seems like a lot for a 10 year old. We just played little league and Pop Warner football.
