I recently started playing again, and my bassoon certainly needs a polish and I presume a tune-up although it plays fine. I just want to make sure it lasts and I haven’t played it consistently since 2017.

Where do people in NYC trust for their bassoon work? Mine is an advanced student Mooseman for context.

I’m like a slightly overweight (minor dad bod) dude that wants to get into high waist pants without spending a lot. I dont know where to go or how to start. I also don’t know how to order them, I’m a 36 in normal pants, but how does that convert? Is there a company that is less than $100 for a pair that it quality and fits big thigh people?
