I’m looking for someone to take over my lease at Redpoint Knoxville as soon as possible. This is a cottage-style student apartment located about 8 minutes from the University of Tennessee campus, making it a great spot for any UTK student looking for a comfortable, affordable place to live.

You would be living in a 4-bedroom cottage-style apartment with 3 great male roommates who are good friends of mine. They’re fun, respectful, and easy to live with. There’s never a dull moment, and you’d be stepping into a solid living situation.
