I have a package coming from Canada to the US. I thought I'd get an email about import fees, never did. Checked all my spam folder, trash, everything. Said "Out for Delivery" yesterday and I thought maybe I was wrong and it wasn't something I need to pay fees for. I live in a small neighborhood and I sit outside a lot so I saw him at my neighbor's and had been watching the tracking of the truck for a while so I knew it was the correct truck. Watched him get back in the truck (yapping on his phone) and casually drive by my place, go around the cul du sac and leave my neighborhood. I check the tracking and it says "delayed by one business day"

Again, I wonder if there's import fees and scour my emails. Nada.

Today... SAME exact thing! I wish I had gone in the road and asked him, but was walking from my backdoor to the front assuming he would be stopping. I called customer service and the lady politely told me that it was " just delayed by one business day" and kept repeating that when I said it happened yesterday as well. WTF is happening? I'm worried it's going to end up getting sent back!
