I cannot put any effect (as transitions) bettwen clips in the last Insta360 Studio, there ir only a new "Filters" tab, but what about the effects pannel?

I'm getting a persistent "Import Failed: Unknown Error" message in Insta360 Studio that prevents me from even opening existing project files — not just importing new footage. This means I can't relink the associated video files to my project at all.

This isn't a one-off glitch. I've had recurring stability issues with this software specifically around file handling and project imports, and this is the most severe case yet since it fully blocks access to the project.

Has anyone else run into this? Any workaround, or can someone from Insta360 support confirm if this is a known bug and whether a fix is coming?

Specs/version info available if needed. Appreciate any help.
