Picture is of my review on the listing

I bought an embroidered name tag for my child’s backpack thinking it would be an American seller, making something in America and shipping from America. I wanted to support a small business and not get fooled into buying something dropped shipped or mass made. I’m feeling guilty for my review and the shop has repeatedly reached out to me to try to make it right.

“Hi, I'm truly sorry for the
disappointment and confusion with the shipping information. I completely understand why you were concerned. I'm very happy to hear that you like the item and that the quality is good, but I'm sorry the shipping experience did not feel clear or truthful to you.
As an apology, I'd be happy to refund the shipping cost for you. I truly appreciate your feedback, and I'll do my best to make the shipping details clearer going forward.
Thank you for giving my small shop a chance, and I'm very sorry again”

Help identifying PB couch

I bought this couch off marketplace for super cheap. The couch has been a dream however one back cushion has a weak spot that smooshes and needs refluffed often. I’ve looked into replacement cushions but I can’t figure out which model of couch I bought. End to end is 87”, which seems common for them. Any insight?

Help me find

I bought these years ago off the website and forgot I owned them till this year. I’ve been wearing them constantly and they are starting to get stains and such. There’s no drawstring. Rise is 3.5ish”. No raw seams. Pockets. Everytime I search I find raw edges or drawstrings
