I have had my prebuilt pc for a couple months now but I have noticed it stutters in cpu heavy games and multiplayer ones to the point where I don’t want to play them as much anymore.

I currently have an rtx 5060, amd 5500 and 16gb of RAM. The issue I am having is there is sort of microstutters and frame time issues in these games with low gpu usage and also low cpu usage and I have done many troubleshooting solutions to fix this but nothing works so I have come to the point where I’ve decided to get a new cpu

Which fairly priced cpu would be suitable for my rtx 5060 for smooth gameplay and so that it doesn’t bottleneck my gpu (although the gpu is not the greatest itself).
