does this plan work?

I have a pole barn that I want to wire up. I paid an electrician to run the wiring from my house panel to a sub panel in the garage.

So my garage has a 100amp sub panel.

I want to wire up lights and outlets in my garage and am going to do it myself. I want to just double check my plans before committing to next step. Here is what I am thinking

For the outlets I plan on putting a 20 amp GFCI breaker and wire it with 12/2 wire and put 5 outlets on this circuit.

For my lights I am planning on using this lights set at 100 watts https://hi-hyperlite.com/products/hyperlite-led-high-bay-light-black-hero-series-14000lumens

For the lights my plan is to use a 20 amp breaker and wire it with 12/3 wire to connect two light switches together (one switch at each garage door entrance) and 12/2 wire connecting the light outlets (these lights plug into an outlet and not directly wired up)

My garage has 4 bays and my plan is to hang 2 lights in each bay for a total of 8 lights. I’m thinking of doing each bay on its own light switch (each bay doesn’t need its own breaker right?)

Another question, if I put the lights just on two light switches with half the lights on one switch and the other half on the other (so four 100watt lights on each light switch), can I get by with a 15 amp breaker for each group of 4 lights?

running a fiber optic line to my garage

Here is my plan and the intended products. Pretty much looking for some confirmation that these all work together and will function for my needs.

Here is my situation. I have a pole barn on my property that is about 130ft away from my house. I want to have internet in the garage, specifically to play xbox and have wifi (my house wifi doesn’t reach the garage). i dont need it to do anything else really and honeslty have no future plans beyond this.

Here is my current plan:

Inside my house from my router I am going to run a ethernet cable to this switch:
https://www.amazon.com/dp/B099PK4Y7Y?th=1

and then use this single mode transceiver in the switch https://www.amazon.com/dp/B08BP6MX14?th=1

with this fiber optic cable from the transceiver  https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0C49SSJPD (Single Mode Duplex Fiber OS1/OS2 Compatible)

The fiber optic cable will run out my basement wall into a generic outdoor junction box and down into the ground inside PVC pipe which will run to the garage up through the floor via a 90 swoop elbow. It will come up into another junction box. Fiber optic cable will leave that box via a cable gland (maybe? Still figuring out how the cable leaves the box) and will run to another transceiver and into another switch (both the same as above)

For wifi in the garage I am wondering if I can use this which an ethernet port and has an AP mode - https://www.amazon.com/dp/B07N1WW638?th=1

My main and primary question here is, do these all work together? I just want to double check before I order stuff
