Is it ever an issue getting a rental car once the Canadian rolls into Vancouver? It seems there is a Hertz at the station and online it shows it's not open Sundays when our train comes in. We are arriving January 3 but trying to plan out our itinerary now.
I recently went to Montreal on VIA. I noticed the app said I would get 990 points on completion of the trip. I got 774. When I contacted them they said I got the right amount. I guess it was a glitch but with VIA Rail there is no "The customer is always right". I even sent the screen shot and all they would say is they reiterate I got the right amount of points. They didn't even acknowledge that their system posted the wrong amount. The date and everything is right there with the 990 points I would get. The second photo the very top entry is the May 23 showing that I just got 774.
