Hip arhroscopy long term recovery

I have specific question for the people who got surgery and they were not happy with the results. Did any of you guys instead of going for revision decided to try more PT or some other method than surgery and ended up beeing happy with result?

I'm close to to 2 years for hip scope, and not quite happy with the result. I never went back to playing soccer or basketball and running. I would say 'm better than pre surgery but still dealing with a pain, which is different than pain pre surgery.

New Pickups for ESP LTD EC 256

Bought my 256 almost year ago and paired it with boss katana gen 3 100w. I mostly play Tool music and want to come close to Adam's tone. I just saw pair of Seymour Duncan SH-6b pickups on discount for 110 € and was wondering did any of you guys upgrade this pickup on 256 and how was the sound, was it worth it?

1 year 7 months after hip scope

So my outcome is not a possitive one. I'm 1 year and 7 months post right hip scope for Cam fai and two anchors 32 male. Unfortunately for me result has not been as I hoped. Before surgery I was very active (sport and work) prior to surgery and before I opted for it I was in pain for a 10 months, tried PT and it only made it worse. Picked pretty much best surgeon in my country and hoped for the best. Groin pain that I felt before surgery is gone and bone on bone sensation is gone aswell, but after surgery pain I experience is front hip burning and in last 8 months knee burning and foot burning. Sitting and driving car is worst trigger for paain, while walking is also not great. My flexion and rotation never got better. My job is to walk and I'm doing 10k steps on avarage since 6 months aftter surgery (surgeon not worried about that) I have good days, but they are very rare. At Year post op my surgeon recomended derotational femur osteotomy cause he think my femur is retroverted, I had done CT, but still waiting for results ( murphy angle is good reikeras is not so surgeon is discussing with radiologist).

Needles to say I'm dreading another surgery and I wanted to ask guys who went through something similiar were youvever pain free again after multiple surgeries cause I will have them more for sure.

I live life for 2+ plus years in prety much everyday pain and now thought of pain free life again seems like a dream honestly.

I live in Europe and what i heard Dients in Munich and Griffin in UK are regarded as best, and I will try to get in contact with them if i can for best results.

Sorry for long post and tnx for reading.
