Hi all. Right now I'm feeling kinda stumped on what should I be doing as an EHS Officer.

I work as one in a food manufacturing business. Right now, I do EHS tasks like inspecting the workplace, investigating incidents and proposing CAPAs, conducting toolbox, safety talks, safety orientations and other such tasks.

But including this, I also do tasks which I think are not in my field. The thing is, there was a corporate safety audit at this company last year. I got this job this year January. The safety findings, we 2 EHS officers have to close it ourselves like let's say relocation of reach truck charging stations. I had to talk to the contractors myself and design the things I want for the relocation though I still did have some assisance with the engineer here.

Idk, I just feel pretty lost rn and feeling kinda burnt out.
