[Update] Fellow Series 1 idle buzzing - Retailer and Fellow say this is normal.
Hey guys. I posted a video about this issue a while ago, but I’m posting again so potential buyers know what they are getting into, and hoping Fellow actually takes notice this time.
I sent the machine back to Coffeedesk for an RMA because of the loud transformer buzzing noise it makes when idle. Well, they just sent it right back to me. Both the retailer and Fellow support are claiming this is "completely normal" operation.
It’s honestly so loud my wife and I can’t even leave the machine on after making coffee. I uploaded the video to YouTube so you can hear exactly what they consider an acceptable standard for a premium espresso machine.
Am I crazy for thinking this is completely unacceptable?
