Hey everyone,

I just received my new VanMoof S6, but unfortunately I’m running into an issue right away.

The boost button doesn’t seem to work at all, and honestly it doesn’t feel like the e-motor is providing any assistance either. The battery is above 70%, I’ve already installed the latest firmware update, and I’ve tried multiple hard resets, but nothing has changed so far.

Has anyone experienced something similar or does anyone have any ideas/tips I could try?

Otherwise, I’ll probably take it to the dealer next week, but

I wanted to check with the community first.
