My game just update, How I revert to the 27 May? Using steamos

Im traing to revert my Fallout 4, and a need acess to the console.

Edit: the steam console. Not the linux terminal, or konsole.

So, I've see a new update on sequoia, and I updated, I've carefully selected the new sequoia update. When it finishes updating, I've got tahoe. Why Apple, why, ...

Is it very complex to rollback to sequoia?
