i’m sorry i’m paranoid and shaky i’ve stupidly dosed a lot chasing a high id appreciate if someone can just tell me im gonna be okay i’ve taken maybe 600 mg i think in the last hour or so 300 mg not that long ago my heart is beating really fast like i said im paranoid and kind of out of it i just need to hear that i’m gonna be okay. i have very bad health anxiety (stupidly even though i do this to myself)
